Wilkes Circles of Care™ is a group of caring individuals throughout the community who have come together to end poverty in our community in our lifetime. How are we doing this? We are developing relationships with people in poverty and with the community and supporting their goals. Through these reciprocal relationships we are building bridges and changing lives.
